About
EDUCATION, COMMUNITY, & STRATEGY CONSULTANT
Dr. Jennifer Unis Truboff
I work in the spaces where education, community, and family life meet—places where complex questions call for customized, adaptive solutions. I help clients make sense of their experiences and recognize the patterns shaping them, drawing on a deep understanding of how people, organizations, and systems learn, develop, and change. This allows you to take the strategic steps that support what you need today while positioning you well for what comes next.
Background
I bring over two decades of experience across education and the community nonprofit sector, with work spanning classroom teaching, school leadership, teacher training, curriculum and instructional design, organizational learning and development, strategic planning, and applied research and evaluation. I have worked with public-school networks and independent schools, educational service agencies, philanthropic and community organizations, religious institutions, and families navigating complex educational systems.
